This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through Ghostlightwa.org, and/or any related services, sales, marketing or events (the “Services”), and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to “Ghostlight Productions” include “Ghostlightwa.org” and “GLP”. The GLP website (the “Site”) is a non-profit theatre group website. By using the Site and Services, you consent to the data practices described in this Policy.

Collection of Your Personal Information

In order to process class enrollments or product purchases offered on our Site, or in the case of email newsletter sign-up, GLP may collect personally-identifiable information, such as your:

  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Age
  • Phone Number
  • Mailing Address

GLP may also collect anonymous information, which is not unique to you, such as your:

  • Age
  • Gender
  • Language
  • Country of Residence

If you purchase GLP’s products and Services, we collect billing and credit card information. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction, and is not processed or retained by GLP.

We do not collect any personally-identifiable information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us, however, you may be required to provide certain information to us when you elect to use certain products or Services available on the Site. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to Services and/or products you have requested from us. GLP collects and uses your personal information to operate its website and deliver the Services you have requested.

GLP may also use your personally-identifiable information to inform you of other products or Service available from GLP and its affiliates.

GLP may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of partners, such as The Lincoln Theatre, about a particular offering or other matter that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally-identifiable information (e-mail, name, address, telephone number) is not transferred to the third party.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

GLP does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Ever.

GLP secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure, both online and offline. Wherever we collect sensitive information online, that information is encrypted and transmitted to us though SSL protocol. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

We strive to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or alteration of your personal information. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet, or any wireless network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Children Under Thirteen

GLP collects personally-identifiable information about children under the age of thirteen. Such information is intended to be provided solely by the child’s parent or guardian for the purpose of class enrollment. Email Communications

From time to time, GLP may contact you via email for the purposes of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys/and/or other general communication. If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from GLP, you may opt out of such communications by clicking on the “Unsubscribe” link.
